Making up for lost time

I am so sorry that I have neglected the Will Baby site for the last few weeks. We have been very busy getting ready for Christmas and all the shopping that has to be done!! :) But here are some pictures of Will from the past couple of weeks around the house. They really aren't from anything in partcular, but just capturing our little cutie doing his thing!!
This is Will's newest trick: climbing into or onto EVERYTHING!! This is in our kitchen on the baker's rack. Dan has now decided that we are definetly going to have to bolt this piece into the wall...I think that is in the plans for this weekend!! :)



Here we are with some of our MOMS Club friends out to lunch. I can just imagine what the resturant people think when they see us coming for the door! AHHHHH!!

Then, here is Will in the bathtub. Dan pours the water over his head and Will gets so dramatic by coughing, spitting, and sputtering. Then he smiles up at Dan, so I think that he likes it!





These pictures are just some random shots that I took of Will playing in his room. He is such a happy baby and sooo much fun to be around. And more of the climbing as you can see...He climbs into his wagon all the time and I finally got a picture of it!

Halloween Pictures

Sorry it has taken me over a week, but here are some pictures of Will on Halloween! The first two pictures are actually from a Halloween party that we went to the week before Halloween. It was such a cute party and there were sooo many different and adorable costumes. Also, you can see Will playing with his new friends. It was really fun because there were 3 other kids all within 3 months of age older or younger than Will. So, they had a big time crawling around together and chasing the ball. Then, the next pictures were taken at our house on Halloween. Molly and Kirk came over to have dinner and watch Will trick or treat! Molly and I actually took Will to about 3 houses, but he didn't really like it that much. He got all excited when we walked up to the door, but then got his feelings hurt when they closed the door after we got candy. He thought that we were going to visit them I guess! :) What a social kid!!

Trip to see Nonnie and Papaw

Last week, we made a trip to Jackson to see Nonnie and Papaw. It was such a fun trip and always great to see everyone!! We got there kind of late on Friday, but Nonnie made a delicious meal that we all enjoyed! Then, on Saturday, we watched a lot of football including, unfortunately, the beating that Mississippi State incurred. :( Later that night, Nonnie and Papaw babysat Will while Dan and I went to a shower for Natalie and Jesse. The shower was a lot of fun and it was great to see friends we haven't seen in a while. On Sunday, after church, we stopped by Amma and Papa's house for lunch and to visit with them. Lastly, on Sunday afternoon, we made a quick trip to the mall where Will got his first pair of shoes! :) He looks like such a grown up in his cute little shoes!! Before we left, we took some pictures on the front porch with all of the Halloween decorations! It was such a good trip and we can't wait to see all of them again soon!

Ok, so these next pictures are some that I took of Will this week at our house. The first picture is Will watching it rain outside and I can just hear "Rain, rain, go away..." What a cutie!! Then, the next picture is Will "helping" put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. What a great help(ha ha)!

Our Day on the Farm

I just have a couple of minutes, but I thought that I would post some of the cute pics from the day Will and I went to Old Baker farm with MOMS club. Old Baker Farm is a family owned farm in Harpersville, just 20 minutes down the road from Chelsea. We went to pick out a pumpkin and go on a hayride. It was a lot of fun!! Afterwards, we went to Burger King where Will would NOT cooperate in taking a cute picture wearing the crown! Oh well...hope you all enjoy!

Our Baby Bulldog!

It is hard to believe that Will is already 9 months old! Where has the time gone? At his doctor visit yesterday, he weighed 20 lb 9 oz and was 29 1/4 inches long. He is around 50th percentile for weight and more like 75th for length. He checked out great as I knew he would. He is getting SOOOO active now that it is hard for me to keep up! He is crawling from one end of the house to the other and pulling up on the furniture and cruising from one thing to another. Nonnie paid us a short visit last week which was sooo much fun as well as some relief for me. She got to chase Will around for a couple of days which she was more than happy to do! :) Although it is a lot of work, each stage is more and more fun. I have included some pictures from Will's first MSU games!! He, once again, is such a trooper and loves to go!! Last weekend, he was at the tailgate and game from 11:30 am till about 7 pm and the only time he cried all day was when we put him in the car to go home. Also, I don't think he is going to have a bad case of stranger anxiety(or it will be much later) because he let anyone who wanted to hold him, do so. He is such a social creature!! Well, I could go on and on about my favorite little person but I guess I will save some for a later posting!! :)

Will's Newest Pictures

Here are some new pictures of Will. We made a trip to Gigi and Jabo's house last weekend to watch MSU beat Auburn!!! woohoo!! While we were there, I wanted to try to get some shots of Will in his cute new overalls...but as most of you know, when you are trying to get a cute picture, it is harder than ever to get Will to cooperate. But, here are some that I think turned out pretty darn cute!
Look at the concentrated look on Will's face as he looks to demolish the tower of blocks....now that is determination! And then once the blocks are falling down, a look of satisfaction.



Then, these are some pictures of us at the "Football Season Kickoff Party" with MOMS club. Will looked sooo cute in his MSU jersey!! It is really fun that Will and I both have so many friends here in Birmingham now.





And then lastly, these are some pictures of Will at Aldridge Gardens here in Birmingham. Once again, a MOMS club activity..we were supposed to have a picnic too but it turned out just being a photo shoot and playtime for the kiddies. (Trying to get 5 kids ages 2 and under to cooperate for pictures is hard enough let alone trying to get them to sit still to eat too!) The second picture here is my fave! Will is looking like such a tough guy!! hehe :)
