A Trip to Jack-town

Will and I decided to make a quick trip down to Jackson this week to visit some friends and family. We had a great time and got to do soooo much in just a couple of days. Nonnie came up to Starkville on Tuesday to bring Roxie for a vet checkup visit and then Will and I caravaned back with her on Tuesday afternoon. When we got into town, we headed straight for Chase's (our cousin) baseball game. Will had a blast running around with Emma and Alex (also cousins) at the ball field. He didn't even realize that he was up so late past his bedtime! :)
On Wednesday, we went over to Amma and Papa's house for a visit. Will was hamming it up as usual and everyone enjoyed the show! That afternoon, Molly and Emily Kay, Natalie, and Miriam came over to swim. It rained on us for a little while, but we managed to get a little bit of swimming in....enough for it to count as Emily Kay's first swim. :)
On Wednesday night, the girls and I went to dinner and to see Sex and the City which was great!!
Thursday, we spent hanging out with Nonnie and Papaw before we headed back to Starkville.

Will kept getting so close to the pool that I put him in this swimmie thing just in case he fell in. It didn't slow him down too much as you can see. He loved playing with all of the garage sale finds that Nonnie bought him. He looks just like Dan in his little black truck! :)
